the greatest toy in the universe why because this week was fun. not too much happened other than my rump hurts from biking everywhere. my comp had a hard time after we got our bikes repared then we whent less than a block and he did a little bunny hop off the curb and wreaked his rear rim so he had to go sheepishly back to the repair shop to get it replaced. yea that was pretty great the guy had one coment after we came in he said "i think that i have your problem figured out. you are trying to do high performance tricks with a not so high performance bike" yea pretty great cool guy

on the spiritual side we had an incredible experience in the boarding i was sitting on the couch eating cornflakes with peanut butter- a new favorite - and the other elders came in and had one big thought and that was something that their investigator told them it was in responce to a survey that they where handing out on campus and one of the questions is do you think that life is fair? to wich the person responded "life is fair to everyone in the fact that it is fair to no one equally" that blew me out of the watter it goes back to our trials our trials may seem harder than someone elses but until we are experiencing their trial with their circumstances it is better to realize that god is fair to all. well sorry guys no pics this week still trying to find my camera again but hey yea it is somewhere in my luggage

just cause i cant figure out what to call these any more. how are things back home and here they are good it has kinda been hard but yea things are working out slowley that tends to happen when you get transfered you got to get your feet back under you but hey life happens. and as a wise teacher's wall once said life might drag you back but we must remember that even the great tiger takes a step back before leaping forward.

so how is it yall things are great in lesotho but sadly my time is short here i am leaving... yep you all heard me right TRANSFERS!!!!! yes i am going to an area called bloemfontein it is really exciting after all of this time in township i will be going to town so yea i am so excited how are yall i want to know send me an email update me yes please

so yea that being over with things have been good this week it has been a little hectic because i am leaving so saying goodbye is hard but it will pass. on top of that i had an exciting experience i was walking along and not one not 2 but thr33 less active members stoped us and said that they would come to church telling us what happened. it is just like in the best 2 years we where walking along and nothin then we knocked on this ladys door and nothin then i realized what was wrong you know where he wanted to go THE GROCERY STORE!! yea right place at the right time God prepares those that we teach.

What Up

yo incredible thought here me and my younger bro are on mission at the same time  on opposite sides of the world so when you look at it there are technically elder whiting is a world wide known title. oh and how many of you saw the lunar eclipse that happened? it was legendary. will send photos.

spiritual thought that guy karabo the one i told you about last week we taught him the restoration last week and he loved it and understood as we taught lots of questions he blew me away as well as we cleaned the baptismal font last week but the water ran out when the water was only about 2 or 3 feet (i dont know it has been too long since i have used the unit feet.) but yea so we are praying that the water come on again and we went to check on Sunday and the water was there so yay we should have some baptisms for maputsoe the "o" is a w sound, next week yay more updates to come

Sorry Guys

i apologize to anyone that i might have given a heart attack to these padst weeks when you dont recive an email from me but the internet here has sucked recently so we shall see how this goes. firstly an update photos yay there will be photos of snow that we found pictures of the call opening for the first missioary in my branch and others we shall see what i can do.secondly i found my pourpose i think i havve had an off fealing recently  like something was wrong until an appointment that i had just 3 days ago  we walked into an appoingment and i thought that it was going to suck. his brother had told us that he was a "scientist" and that he didnt do the religion thing but later on iin the lesso i found that the reason for this was he hadnt found thae right chuyrch it was soo cool and throughout the lesson i felt the spirit and i am pretty sure that he did to his family walked in later and when he saw his son and we where teaching about eternal families he could not stop smiling. it was soo nice. anyway photos

I don't have long I will be sure to include cool stories next week and quotes but as for this week I have one update to share and that update is the fact that I get to experience the first missionary opening his call in leribe and whats cooler I got to help him submit his papers so basically I got to experience what you experienced when you helped me and when I opened mine aside from the you know son leaving for 2 years well love you all and I will update you further next week

Sooo Sad News All Around

i am upset this week i just got another camera from my previous companion because  he left one and said that i could have it. so i took pictures this week however the card reader that i had decided to give up the ghost. so yea no pics this week. maby next week i will get another reader and send pictures.

other sad news... the truck is gone... yes our truck was taken away they are taking all of the cars and trucks in the mission and putting us on bikes and walking.😲😢 so yea that kinda crushed me.

it was also brought up that i should probably explain why i want to burn a shirt. see there is this mystical pasttime amongst missionarys where we celebrate reaching certian marks in our mission with fire the first 6 months we burn a tie. at a year we burn a shirt. at 18 months we burn a pair of pants. and finally at a year we burn a suit. no mom i am not going to burn a suit i plan to give one of my suits to a departing missionary instead so that it will still be of use. 

soo big things that happened this week other than the bakki (that is what they call pickups here) and the camera. i had an incredible experience. a missionary that served here came back to visit and he gave a very powerfull testimony. i cant remember all that he said however it entailed that nothing happens without the lord planning it. then he quoted about how all of us are pices in a chess set and the lord sets us where he wants us. but my favorite part was when he called on one of his investigators to say how he came to know the church and it was by a book that he saw at the barbers shop and he asked if he could borrow it. then he asked one of my investigators how he found the church. it turns out that he saw the first with the book of mormon that he had borrowed and asked to borrow it so the same book affected two lives. powerfull see if the first had sat 1 chair over neither he or my investigator would have seen the book. the lord works in mysterious ways brothers and sisters. and i can testify that if we follow the promptings of the spirit then we too can be that influence in other peoples lives. till next week i love you all in different ways and salihanhle. that is...
